Cancellation and Refund Policy

At BRG Tour India, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our valued customers. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to outline the guidelines and procedures regarding cancellations and refunds for our taxi services.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Customer: Customers can cancel their booking by contacting us via phone at +91 8290695823 or by emailing us at info@brgtourindia.com. Please provide your booking details and reasons for cancellation.

  2. Cancellation Charges:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation charges.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific fee will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

  3. No Show: If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation, it will be considered a “No Show.” In such cases, the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the eligible timeframe as per our Cancellation Policy.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the booking.

  2. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • In cases of a “No Show,” the booking amount will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds will not be applicable for services that have already been rendered, partially or in full.
